This highly creative, intermediate level fashion workshop is for those already with previous machine-sewing experience, having already completed some garment-sewing workshops,  who would like to develop their sewing skills further and make an a-line mini-skirt in a either light wash or dark indigo denim (or a mix of both!), which you can customise to your own design.

You'll be shown how to prepare, pin and cut your fabric using an exclusive FASHIONSKOOL pattern in your own size. You join the pieces together using a sewing machine, make back darts, contrast facings and insert a standard zip before customising to your own design with top-stitching and/or an applique in alternative denims creating a garment to be proud to wear.

Please choose from the following sizes when booking so that a pattern can be prepared for you:

AGE 11, AGE 12, AGE 13, AGE 14 OR AGE 15.

Equipment, materials and light refreshments are provided, however please bring a packed lunch and feel free to bring your own sewing machine if you are lucky enough to have one (please ensure it is in good working order and you are able to thread it yourself).
