Summer has arrived and so has our new teen's sundress! Based on a vintage 90s pattern, it's a flattering empire-line style with narrow shoulder straps and a centre-back zip. Make it in a cool cotton print and dress it up with sparkly sandals and pearls or down with trainers and a bucket hat for summer, then team it with a roll-neck, tights and chunky boots for the autumn.
This intermediate level workshop is suited to those who are already confident on a sewing machine, who have already started making their own clothes and are ready to learn some new sewing skills including sewing bust darts, turning narrow straps, bagging-out facings, fitting a zip, and finishing their garment with a professional look.
Fabrics should be 100% cotton or cotton-rich, woven and in a medium weight. Fabric and zip length requirements given on booking.
Choose from the following sizes:
Teen's sizes: 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14
